We offer fully transparent pricing on our website under our Pricing page. Our most popular wedding package is our Saturday Full-Day Wedding that costs $4000. The only additional fees are sales tax (6%) and credit card processing (4%). Renters can pay by cash, check, or Zelle to avoid any processing fees. We offer a reduced rate of $3500 for Friday/Sunday weddings.

Unlike most venues, there are no extra charges or fees for using any of the items included with the venue. This is one of the biggest selling points of our venue for shopping on a budget.

Headquarters Wedding and Event Venue includes tables, chairs, tablecloths for up to 100 guests. It also includes centerpieces, lounge furniture, cocktail tables with tablecloths, DJ sound system, logo/video projectors, accent lighting, coolers, and ice.

Full day wedding bookings also include full day access to our second floor bridal party suites.

We do not include any tableware, food service items, ovens/ranges, food/drinks/alcohol, or catering/bartending staff.

Headquarters Wedding and Event Venue holds up to 100 seated guests. Most weddings invite 100 guests and have an RSVP count of 80-90 guests.

We have hosted super small weddings of 20 guests, and larger cocktail-style open house receptions of 120 guests, but our average traditional wedding is about 80 guests.

Wedding ceremonies can fit up to about 90 seated guests in the audience.

Yes!

We are not exclusive to any catering companies and even allow you to bring in your own food and desserts. We know it can be a little overwhelming shopping for a caterer! We have worked with over a hundred different caterers and are always happy to help navigate caterer selection or make recommendations based on price, food type, or service style.

Events are allowed to purchase and provide their own alcohol (beer, wine, liquor, etc.) for guest consumption. We allow self-serve for smaller events, but recommend hiring a bartender for most larger wedding receptions. Reach out to Headquarters staff for more information about bartending and alcohol purchasing recommendations.

Just like caterers, we are not exclusive to any other vendors either. You are more than welcome to hire any DJs, photographers, stylists, florists, coordinations, or officiants. Feel free to reach out to us if you need any vendor recommendations!

There is a FREE public parking lot located directly across the street from the venue. For weekend events, you can expect about 50-60 vacant parking spots available for guest use.

Yes!

Most of our weddings host a combination ceremony and reception event in the venue. We do require a small 15 minute venue transition during cocktail hour (venue staff moves ceremony chairs to dining tables and bring out cocktail tables to dance floor area).

Unlike a lot of other venues, we also allow outside alcohol and aren't exclusive to any catering vendors. This is one of the biggest cost saving features when planning an affordable wedding!
